Tridants Homes set foot in Croydon

Replacing an old button factory, Button Mews is named to pay tribute to its history. The button factory was forced to shut down due to slump in sales. Close to a tramline and in a quiet residential area, we aim to transform a disused site into three stunning houses surrounding a leafy communal courtyard. Each house has at least three bedrooms and a back garden. It is within close reach of local shops, restaurant and Addiscombe tram station which provides fast access to East Croydon Train Stations. A regular and frequent train service is provided into London Victoria, London Bridge and London Blackfriars Stations, all within 14-30 minutes.

We are very excited to transform this space into a beautiful project that brings positive impacts to the local built environment and communities.
